About me
Hi, I’m Michael
A technical level designer with roughly 7 years of experience in Unreal Engine, specializing in building immersive, well-optimized levels and gameplay level ingredients. I’m currently based in Romania, open to on-site opportunities or remote roles with studios worldwide!
Most recently I served as lead level designer at Verdant Games, an indie studio I co-founded for 3 years. My primary project there was Sip of Sanity, a cozy-horror delivery game set in an off-grid town engulfed in mystery, with a demo releasing on Steam Q2 of 2026. Beyond the level design work, I also handled community management and contributed to studio wide operations. I moved back to Romania very recently and I’m now looking forward on growing as a developer sharpening my craft, taking on new challenges, and contributing to a team where execution matters.
